- File trademark applications. We design the marks and coordinate with your attorney on clearance and filing.
- Certify regulatory compliance. Labels and packaging subject to FDA or other rules are reviewed by a qualified professional before print.
- Advise on visa eligibility, investment amounts, or filing strategy.
We coordinate closely with the professionals who handle these.
